Our products are only meant for the purpose that is stated . Please make sure you use caution when handling hot wax or oils . Our products are intended for Adult use and should not be used by children. Not all fragrance oils are safe for use on body or for digestion. It is up to you to perform your own testing to ensure safety. Always unplug any tart or wax warmer when you are away. My Country Décor & Tarts is not responsible for any damage caused by misuse or negligence. Always burn candle in sight. Do not burn for more than 4 hours. Burn on a level, heat resistant surface. Do not burn near anything flammable. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Trim wick to 1/8" prior to EVERY burn.DISCARD when there is one 1" -1.5" left. For safety, do not burn it until there is nothing left.
WARNING! when burning candles with Mason Jar and stands, be cautious as glass and metal will be hot and can cause serious burn and injuries. My Country Décor & Tarts is not responsible for any damage caused by misuse or negligence

We regret that freight charges are not refundable.
All sales are final on sale items.
Wallpaper, wallpaper borders, lamp shades must have original wrapping intact in order to be returned.
All returned items must be in saleable condition for refund to be issued.
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your order. If you are unhappy for any reason, please contact us through Email , or simply give us a call to request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To make a return, simply indicate which items you are returning on the slip you received with your order. You are responsible to cover all shipping fees on your returns we do not provide pre paid postage labels
SHIPPING DELAYS: We ship USPS Priority Mail, but we do not guarantee delivery within the 2-3 day time period. Most orders make it on time, but on occasion, a package is delayed for unknown reasons. If we fulfilled our obligations on our end and in the event that your order is delayed by the carrier, there will be no refunds, shop credit, etc. Please note that if your order shows "Delivered" with USPS, and you state that you did not receive it, no refund will be given. You will have to follow up with USPS for the lost package."
All returns must be authorized by My Country Decor & Tarts prior to being returned. Please examine all items the day they are received , We must be notified of any defects with products within 7 days for you to receive a refund or exchange. Any returned items that do not meet the requirements of the Return Policy above cannot be refunded. We do not accept returns on any custom made items, special orders, or sale items.
There is a 20% restock fee per item being returned,
No refund will be given on any returns that are damaged and or lost.
Products being returned must be sent back within 7 days upon receiving them .Products must be returned in their original condition and inner packaging (For Example - any inner box or the plastic sleeve on a curtain, Rugs, Id Labels , accessories, , etc). Items must be returned with original paperwork and packing; Items must not be laundered or soiled. Items must be in their original condition and have all of the original accessories and product information and ID cards,. Please repack your returns carefully. Refunds on returns will not be given on items that are damaged due to poor return packaging. There is a 20% restock fee per item being returned, For your protection we recommend that you insure your returned items. Place the Return Form in the box with your order. Be sure to make a copy of the form and keep it for your records. You may use the shipping carrier most convenient for you.

We make every effort to process your return in a timely manner. You can expect to see a refund within 2 - 3 business days after we receive your returned merchandise. You will receive an email notifying you that the return has been processed. Orders placed with a credit card will receive a refund to your original credit card. Orders placed via PayPal will receive a refund to your PayPal account.
Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Also, your refund may be adjusted if a coupon or promotion was applied to your original order. We do not accept returns on any Hand made items or sale items.
We do not refund the shipping fees originally incurred to ship the package to you.
